Looking back on two inspiring days AQC Technology Days 2025

On Wednesday, November 5, and Thursday, November 6, AQC BV hosted its Technology Days. Together with our partner PCB Technologies, we were immersed in the latest developments in the field of printed circuit board design and production.

At AQC, our goal was to organize two technology days focused on knowledge sharing and strengthening our technical expertise. These days were entirely devoted to substantive and business topics—without any commercial angle. We invited experts from the field to discuss current themes, innovations, and practical applications. The goal was to provide a platform where our technically oriented customers could gather in-depth information and ask specific questions, in order to further stimulate technological progress together.

The day began with a warm welcome and a cup of coffee, after which we gained valuable insights during the morning session on topics such as DFM in flex-rigid designs, Design for Reliability (DFR), and the application of embedded passive components. Innovative solutions were also discussed, such as combining multiple finishes on a single board and the use of cleanroom techniques in the PWB phase.

After a tasty lunch break, we continued the program with an afternoon full of advanced technologies. Topics such as miniaturization, panel level packaging, 3D solutions, and heat dissipation strategies were discussed in detail. The sessions were led by Yaniv Maydar (VP R&D & Innovation) and Yaad Eliya (CTO) from PCB Technologies, who shared their expertise in an inspiring way.

The optional walk-in session provided an opportunity for personal questions and project cases, followed by a pleasant networking reception where participants had ample opportunity to discuss and network.

In short: a day full of knowledge sharing, innovation, and valuable encounters. We look back on a successful event that has given us new insights and rekindled our enthusiasm for technological progress.

Finally, we would like to thank the speakers from PCB Technologies for their valuable contributions, as well as all the customers who attended the technology days. It was particularly positive to hear that everyone was very satisfied with the level of the presentations. The feedback we received confirms that the technology days were found to be extremely useful and inspiring—a great testament to the fact that knowledge sharing and collaboration within our sector can really make a difference.
