My name is Agnieszka Starzyñska and I work as an Assistance Quality Manager at AQC B.V.
I have several years of experience in electronics manufacturing, especially in SMT process and quality control. I hold an IPC-A-610 certification and take pride in ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality.
Before joining AQC, I worked for 7 years in SMT production, where I operated and maintained various machines, performed inspections, and supported both quality and production teams.
I’m confident working with technical documentation and visual standards, and I bring a hands-on, detail- oriented approach to everything I do.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, an avid reader, and a cycling enthusiast- I love riding my road bike whenever I can.
