I hold an IPC-A-610 certification and take pride in ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Before joining AQC, I worked for 7 years in SMT production, where I operated and maintained various machines, performed inspections, and supported both quality and production teams. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m confident working with technical documentation and visual standards, and I bring a hands-on, detail- oriented approach to everything I do.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Outside of work, I\u2019m a proud mom, an avid reader, and a cycling enthusiast- I love riding my road bike whenever I can. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Agnieszka Starzy\u00f1ska and I work as an Assistance Quality Manager at AQC B.V.
